Would you like to know which projects I’m taking part in? Do you like my work and have an exciting project? A theme night, a video, a special format or a special place? I’m curious, experimental and spontaneous. Adaptation of my acts, improvisation, commissions, direction: I’m basically willing to discuss anything. Here’s a short list of what else I do and have done:

ADAPTION OF MY ACT FOR THE TIGER LILLIES’ FREAKSHOW:

The act fits in the show like a fist in the eye, but musically, of course, the piece had to be reworked to fit with the Tiger Lillies’ unique music: barking dogs instead of pinball machine; Martyn Jaques’ falsetto instead of electronic sampling.

PERFORMANCE: STOP.MOTION

The Nuremberg metal artist Georg Behninger, the musician Yevgeniy Davydov and I explored the interface between sculpture and movement together. We created place-specific performances and videos in installations at museums, galleries and art exhibitions.

FREE IMPROVISATION

With the Nuremberg composer and trombonist Ralf Bauer and friends, I’m always happy to venture into the realms of the unrehearsed.

IMAGE FILM FOR KUSCH+CO

A simple request: we’re looking for someone who can do a trick with a chair.  A simple answer: send me the chair, I can learn it. It worked straight away during filming. The film was a part of Kusch+Co’s presentation at the Milan Design Week 2012.

DIRECTING

I enjoy working with the abilities of others. My main objective in doing so is, together with the artist, to bring out the whole individual, thus creating punchy pieces with personally motivated content.
